Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2-59); Fab Fragment
Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp120. 2-59 was shown to have high affinity for gp140 and it competed with V3 Ab for binding to gp140. 2-59 neutralized 5/5 Tier 1 viruses but did not neutralize any of the Tier 2 viruses.
