C6(6-azido) Ceramide
It is a modified lipid containing an omega-terminal azide. In the presence of a coppery(Cu)-containing catalyst, the terminal azide group can be used for highly specific binding reactions with alkyne-containing reagents, known as ''click chemistry''.
