(3S)-N-[[(1S)-1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-1-naphthalenyl]methyl]-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan-3-amine is an intermediate of Palonosetron. Palonosetron (INN, trade name Aloxi) is a 5-HT3 antagonist used in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV).
