Recombinant Human Anti-PcrV Antibody (Ab1)
Anti-PcrV antibodies are potent antagonists of the P. aeruginosa Type III Secretion system and inhibit P. aeruginosa exotoxin-mediated killing of P3-X63 Ag8 myeloma cells by P. aeruginosa strain PA103 in a cell-based cytotoxicity assay.
