HA14-1
HA14-1 is a potent Bcl-2 inhibitor with potential anticancer activity. HA14-1 induces apoptosis in various human cancer cells. HA14-1 inhibits NF-kappaB activation by inhibiting the phosphorylation and degradation of IkappaBalpha.
