Kanamycin Sulfate
Kanamycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that has inhibitory effects on gram-positive and negative bacteria and mycoplasma. The mechanism of action is to target the 70S ribosomal subunit of the bacteria to inhibit ribosomes. Translocations and causing erroneous codes further interfere with protein synthesis. It can be used for respiratory and urinary tract infections and sepsis caused by sensitive bacteria, and has a certain effect on swine asthma and atrophic rhinitis.
