Pure tRNA Arginine
tRNAArg is purified from human placenta with the following procedures: (1) the extraction of total RNA by phenol-chloroform;(2) the chromatogram extraction of total tRNA with DE52;(3) the chromatogram separation of total tRNATrp with DEAE-Sephadex (A50). For long-term storage (years), it is recommended that this product be stored at -80°C at a concentration of no less than 0.5μg/μl.
For short-term storage, this product is stable at -20°C for a minimum of one year.
