Recombinant Mouse Antibody Fab Fragment clone KEL10, which is specific to HIV-1. The purified antibody showed equivalent binding to ELDKWA as well as the variants ELDSWA, ALDKWQ, ELNKWQ and ELDTWA at antibody concentrations ranging from 65 μM to 0.5 μM.
