This product is a Camelid antibody that recognizes Botulinum BoNT/B. JLI-G10 recognizes HCB. JLI-G10 Inhibits HCB Binding to Host Receptors. JLI-G10 inhibits the binding of BoNT/B1 to neuronal membrane by simultaneously occupying the membrane-binding HC-loop and the ganglioside-binding pocket on HCB.
