Human Anti-SIGLEC7 Recombinant Antibody (clone AK446-7/AK418-2)
Provided herein are antibodies that specifically bind to Siglec-7. The antibodies demonstrated KD values (monovalent Fab) of about 75 nM or lower. The results showed that anti-Siglec-7 antibodies blocked the interaction of Siglec-7 with ligands present on the surface of A375 melanoma human cells with various potencies and demonstrated antibodies that have improved ligand blocking activity.
