This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody Fab fragment that can recognize Heterotrimeric G-protein. mAb16, that recognizes the heterotrimeric Gi/o type G protein and enhances the stability of GPCR-Gi/o complexes. mAb16 recognizes a unique epitope, binding at the interface between the α and β subunits of heterotrimeric Gi.
