HS-1371
HS-1371 is a novel RIP3 kinase inhibitor with IC50 value of 20.8 nM. It binds to RIP3 in an ATP-competitive and time-independent manner in vitro, and inhibits RIP3-mediated necroptosis via the suppression of RIP3 kinase activity.
