Quetiapine hemifumarate
Quetiapine, also known as ICI 204636, is an antipsychotic agent. It targets the serotonin 5-HT2 receptor, histamine H1 receptor, adreneragic alpha1 and alpha2 rectors as well as the dopamine D1 and D2 receptors. It is used in the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and depressive disorder.
