Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp120. HGI111 neutralized 7/20 isolates in the HOS-based assay, 4 Tier 1 and 3 Tier 2 viruses belonging to clades B, C and AG. In the TZM-bl assay, HGI111 neutralized 4/46 isolates, all clade B Tier 1 isolates.
