Recombinant Anti-human ABL Intrabody [Tat]
Recombinant anti-ABL intrabody in fusion with HIV Tat works within cells to bind human ABL, expressed in CHO cells. Inhibition of the BCR/ABL protein tyrosine kinase activity by the intrabody blocked BCR/ABL signal transduction pathway,reversed the effect of BCR/ABL on cell growth and apoptosis.
