2',2''-Di-O-Me-c-diGMP is an analogue of c-diGMP, the bacterial second messenger, which selectively binds the c-diGMP class II riboswitch. It can be used to discriminate between class I and class II of c-diGMP-binding RNAs and to study RNA-based c-diGMP signalling.
