Axitinib
Axitinib, also known as AG013736, is an orally bioavailable tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Axitinib exerts anti-angiogenic effects by inhibiting the pro-angiogenic cytokines vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGF).
