Human Anti-ERBB2 Recombinant Antibody (clone Pertuzumab, 2C4); Fab Fragment
Recombinant Humanized Antibody (Pertuzumab, 2C4) Fab Fragment is specific to ERBB2 ECD, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). The pertuzumab binding epitope overlaps with the ErbB2 ECD homodimer interface; thus, bound pertuzumab sterically prevents the dimerization arm from reaching the C-shaped pocket of the other ErbB2.
