Conduritol B epoxide
Conduritol B epoxide (CBE) is an irreversible inhibitor of covalently bound acid β-glucosidase, also known as GBA, or GBA1 (IC50 = 9 μM). It also does not inhibit non-lysosomal glucosylceramidase or cytosolic β-glucosidase.
