Rapid Run Agarose Bead Standard (50-150 µm) (4%)
This matrix is a highly crosslinked 4% agarose resin with a bead size of 50-150 µm. It is a gel filtration resin developed for industrial-scale separation of large molecules utilizing higher pressure and flow rates than standard sized beads. The matrix is not pre-activated so the user needs to generate groups for coupling procedures.
