CGP 3466B maleate
CGP 3466B maleate, a potent anti-apoptotic drug, is an orally active glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) inhibitor. CGP 3466B maleate was tested in clinical trials for its ability to help treat Parkinson's disease (PD) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) but the clinical trials have been terminated due to lack of benefit.
