Pyroglutamylleucine
Pyroglutamylleucine is a peptide isolated from wheat gluten hydrolysate. Pyroglutamylleucine inhibits the induction of inducible nitric oxide synthase in interleukin-1β-stimulated primary cultured rat hepatocytes.
