The Prkce gene is located on mouse chromosome 17. Fifteen exons are identified, with the ATG start codon in exon 1 and the TGA stop codon in exon 15. Exon 3~5 will be selected as target site. Cas9 and gRNA will be co-injected into fertilized eggs for KO mouse production.
