Arbaclofen placarbil
Arbaclofen placarbil, also known as XP19986, is GABA(B) receptor agonist. Arbaclofen placarbil is a novel R-baclofen prodrug: improved absorption, distribution, metabolism, and elimination properties compared with R-baclofen. Arbaclofen placarbil decreases postprandial reflux in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
