Alpha-Tocopherol acetate is a natural phenol found in the herbs of Isodon adenantha, it exhibits the activity of anticoagulant and has high biological activity and chemical stability. At lower level (200 mg kg(-1) flesh), alpha-Tocopherol acetate reduces substantially lipid peroxidation.
