TX1-85-1
TX1-85-1 is an inhibitor of the epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase ErbB3 (IC50 = 23 nM). It is the first selective HER3 ligand that interacts with cys721 in the ATP-binding pocket of HER3.
