ALS-8176 (active form)
ALS-8176 (active form), a 4'-substituted cytidine analogue, is a potent, selective RSV polymerase inhibitor. It has an EC50 of 0.15 μM in the RSV replicon assay and an IC50= 0.02 μM due to its corresponding 5'-triphosphate in the RSV polymerase assay.
