Microparticle Activation Buffer is a specially formulated buffer to conjugate antibodies, proteins and peptides to microparticles. Buffer can used to dilute microparticles from stock solutions, activate particles for covalent linking (such as NHS and EDAC activation) and wash particles after activation. To conjugate your microparticles, simply resuspend your washed activated particles in this buffer and add your antibodies, proteins and peptides.
