Recombinant Human Antibody (HK20) Fab Fragment is specific to HIV-1 gp41, expressed in mammalian cells. HK20 IgG have limited neutralization breadth and potency while smaller HK20 Fabs and scFv reveal a broad cross clade neutralization breadth.
