Human Anti-Anti-GD2mAb 14G2a Recombinant Antibody (clone 4B5)
This product is a recombinant human anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibody (IgG1, λ) that recognizes the variable region of murine mAb 14G2a. Mab 4B5 mimics the GD2 antigen and is capable of eliciting both a humoral and cellular anti-GD2 immune response. This antibody could be potentially used as a human anti-Id vaccine in patients with malignant melanoma. When administered to an individual, mAb 4B5 is effective in diagnosing, and/or treating neoplasias.
