Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 1-863)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. 1-863 was shown to have high affinity for gp140, and competed with b12 for binding to gp140. 1-863 was able to neutralize 4/5 Tier 1 viruses but did not neutralize any of the Tier 2 viruses.
