MRTX849 acid
MRTX849 acid is a derivative of MRTX849. MRTX849 is a potent and mutation-selective covalent inhibitor of KRAS G12C. It maximizes inhibition by irreversibly locking the KRAS molecule in its inactive state, thereby preventing tumor cell growth which results in tumor cell death.
