Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGP16); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp41. HGP16 can bind to Env from clades B and BC, and to gp41 from clade B. It cross-competed with mAbs 5F3 and HK20 for binding. HP16 neutralized 1/20 isolates in the HOS-based assay, a clade B Tier 2 isolate.
