The anti-FcεRIα antibody NPB311 may enable clinical application to a therapeutic pathway in IgE/FcεRI-mediated diseases. Antibody NPB311 reduces the level of IgE in the blood, can disrupt IgE-FcεRI binding through FcεRIα engagement and ultimately reduces the releases of inflammatory mediators in cells.
