C57BL/6J-H2-Aaem1 Mouse
The H2-Aa gene is located on mouse chromosome 17. Five exons are identified, with the ATG start codon in exon 1 and the TGA stop codon in exon 4. Exon 1~4 will be selected as target site. Cas9 and gRNA will be co-injected into fertilized eggs for KO mouse production.
