Mouse Anti-MUC16 Recombinant Antibody (clone ch196-14); scFv Fragment
Provided is a single-chain antibody, pCAN-6H9 against Myxobolus rotunduss infecting crucian carp. Dot-blot showed that the recombinant MAb pCAN-6H9 reacts with soluble spore protein of M. rotundus and may be a good reagent for diagnosis of this parasite.
