Amine Alkyne-PEG-acid, MW 1,000 is a trifunctional PEG polymer. The amine moiety is reactive with NHS ester to form an amide bond. The alkyne enables click chemistry with azide molecule to form a triazole bond, and the carboxylic acid moiety is reactive with amine in the presence of activator, such as HATU or EDC.
