Silmitasertib-[13C6]
Silmitasertib-[13C6] is a labelled analogue of Silmitasertib, which is an orally bioavailable inhibitor of CK2 with potential antineoplastic activity. It inhibits proliferation in cancer cell lines overexpressing CK2. It suppresses survival and induces apoptosis of cancer stem cells including glioblastomas and acute myeloid leukemia cells.
