Iothalamic Acid-[d3] is a labelled analogue of Iothalamic Acid, which is used as a contrast medium in diagnostic radiology. Iothalamic Acid displayed the same level of nephrotoxicity against rat and human renal epithelial cells as conventional ionic contrast medium.
