Mouse Anti-Histone Recombinant Antibody (clone BWA3)
Histones are frequent targets of self-reactive antibodies during autoimmune syndromes. Provided is an anti-histone antibody, named BWA3. BWA3 binds an epitope corresponding to a region of high sequence similarity between H2A and H4 (residues l-20 and l-29, respectively).
