AZD8186
AZD8186 is an inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) beta isoform with potential anti-tumor activity. After administration, the PI3Kbeta inhibitor AZD8186 selectively inhibits the activity of PI3Kbeta in the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, which may lead to reduced tumor cell proliferation. It also induces death of cancer cells expressing PI3K.
