Anti-Human EGFR Therapeutic Antibody
This antibody which binds to the human beta-hairpin of HER3 and HER4 has strong growth inhibition of HER3 expressing cancer cells and strong inhibition of HER3 mediated signal transduction (such as e.g. HER3 phosphorylation) which is related to proliferation of cancer cells.
