Recombinant Human Antibody (45-46M2) scFv Fragment is specific to HIV-1 gp120, expressed in E. coli. 45-46m2 targeting only two epitopes, can control viremia in vivo; thus, this combination of bNAbs was able to suppress both the parental viral YU-2 viral strain and N/DNGG consensus-based escape mutants.
