Golvatinib
Golvatini is an orally bioavailable c-Met (hepatocyte growth factor receptor) and VEGFR-2 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2) tyrosine kinase dual-kinase inhibitor with potential anti-tumor activity. The c-Met/VEGFR kinase inhibitor E7050 binds to and inhibits the activity of c-Met and VEGFR-2, which may inhibit tumor cell growth and survival of tumor cells overexpressing these receptor tyrosine kinases.
