1,3-Dioleoyl-rac-glycerol
1,3-Dioleoyl-rac-glycerol is a diacylglycerol that contains oleic acid at the sn-1 and sn-3 positions. It activates protein kinase C (PKC) by approximately 30% when used at a concentration of 50 μM. It was used in the synthesis of amphiphilic gadolinium complexes as MRI contrast agents.
