Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 3-124); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. 3-124 was shown to have high affinity for gp140, and competed with b12 and CD4i Abs for binding to gp140. 3-124 was able to neutralize 1/5 Tier 1 viruses but did not show broad serum-neutralizing activity.
