Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGD14); Fab Fragment
Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp120. HGD14 can bind to Env proteins from clade B. It cross-competed with MAb b12 for binding to gp120 and showed partial inhibition of sCD4 binding. HGD14 neutralized 2/20 isolates in the HOS-based assay, both Tier 1 viruses.
