Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 1F7); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. 1F7 exhibited extreme potency against primary HIV-1, but limited breadth across clades. 1F7 binding was independent of the gp120 V1/V2 and V3. 1F7 was sensitive to D368R mutation in the gp120 CD4 binding loop.
