Fmoc-NH-PEG7-alcohol
Fmoc-NH-PEG7-alcohol is a PEG linker containing a Fmoc-protected amine and a terminal hydroxyl group. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under the basic condition to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
