This product exhibits robust hydrolytic activity across a broad temperature range of 30°C to 50°C and operates effectively under neutral to alkaline pH conditions. It finds diverse applications in industries such as leather processing, animal feed, paper production, detergents, biodiesel, and more. Lipase belongs to the serine hydrolase family and catalyzes the hydrolysis of triglycerides to yield glycerol and fatty acids. This reaction occurs at the oil-water interface.
